What is Botox?
Botox injections are a treatment that temporarily relaxes the facial muscles to reduce the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles. Botox is also used to treat conditions used to treat conditions such as excessive sweating, lazy eyes and migraines. Botox are often commonly mistaken for fillers which is a treatment used to create fuller lips or cheeks. Esansyel Med Spa does not currently offer filler treatments. Whats the difference between IV Drip and Vitamin Injection?
IV infusions are specially formatted solutions that are injected into the veins. Vitamin injections are injected into the muscles. Although both treatments provide similar results, your time and comfort should be your deciding factor. Vitamin Injections may be better for you in you are short on time or if you are uncomfortable with a catheter in your vein. How painful are your treatments?

Do I have to answer all of the booking form questions?

What if I am not satisfied with my results?

What is your late/cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen. There will be no penalties for cancellations made at least 4 hours before your appointment. Regarding lateness, we will try our best to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment (as long as it doesn't interfere with another clients appointment). What is your refund policy?
